How do I create a new database in the Centix Workingticket/Logistics App (Android/IOS)?
To create a new database, you basically need to log in again.
If you do not remember your login information, please notify your main contact at your organization beforehand.
Please note: Before creating a new database, synchronize all your activities, otherwise these activities will not be saved in the Web and they cannot be restored.
Create a new database as follows:
- In your Workingticket/Logistics app, go to the menu and click on the cog icon.
- Click on “database” and then "database maintenance".
- Click "Create new database" type "Delete" and then click OK.
- Then log in again by:
- Fill in the server address: https://yourenvironment.centix.com
- Enter your "username" and "password" then click: "Login".

This may be caused by several factors:
- The rights have not been granted
- The environment has not yet been updated to the correct version
- The functionalities have not yet been configured
